The true Pode connoisseur will recognise Flare as a design by Thijs Smeets. The armchair clearly shares some family traits with Sparkle and Spot. Yet you immediately see that this is essentially a design all its own. For instance, by the higher, inviting armrests, but certainly also by the generous headrest.

Our broad-shouldered Flare is truly a chair you can spend hours in. We dare say it is the most generous single-seater in our collection. A lot of thought has gone into finding the right balance between support and softness, and you can feel it from the second you sit down.
Plenty of opportunities
Need some specifications? You can choose from the full range of upholstery in our collection, plus the option of different materials for the inside and outside of the body. The aluminium base is polished as standard, but you can also choose an epoxy or lacquer finish. The standard seat height is 43 centimetres, but can be raised by 2 or 4 centimetres. And for added comfort, there is a matching footstool and cushion.
